Crime Scene

Scene 3 Clues

Clue 1: Size 8 high heel shoe indicates a female victim or criminal.
Clue 2: Note: “Someone please help me” matches Tyrese Jefferson’s handwriting.
Clue 2A: Note: “You will never find her” indicates the victim is a female and was taken from the scene. The handwriting matches Smokey Johnson
Clue 3: Fingerprint: Plain whorl, matches Smokey Johnson’s print
Clue 3A: Fingerprint: Ulnar loop, matches Sandra O’Connor and Tyrese Jefferson
Clue 4: A piece of jewelry, indicates that either the victim or criminal was a female. It possibly fell of in a struggle or when moving the body
Clue 5: A piece of nylon
Clue 6: A clear liquid, positive test for iodine. Iodine can be used to poison someone with a thyroid problem. Tyrese Jefferson had a thyroid problem, indicates someone possibly tried to poison her or was found in Tyrese's house .
Clue 7: Footprint: 30cm long, 10cm wide
Clue 8: A+ blood sample, matches with Tyrese Jefferson, Jeb Sampson and Courtney Smith’s blood type. Indicates violent behaivior or struggle, could belong to either victim or criminal
Clue 9: Hair: matches black female hair, color was dark brown, light brown, and white. Hair possibly pulled out in struggle.
Clue 10: Fingerprint: left on glass, not identified.


Story

Tyrese was in her house when she heard the footsteps of someone approaching. She wrote the note "someone please help me" afraid that the intruder would hear her voice if she called 911. Smokey then found her and tried to take her. In the struggle Tyrese bled leaving the blood sample and was possibly knocked unconscious. Smokey wrote the note "you will never find her", dragged Tyrese to his car and left. Articles of evidence such as the earing, shoe, fabric, and iodine sample either came off during the struggle or while transporting the body, or was found in Tyrese's house.
